Staff Accommodation (Single/Double Occupancy): Each Unit shall have a single bed, fitted wardrobe, desk, table and chair. Provision shall be made for microwave oven, fridge, kettle, telephone, internet connection, and TV channels.
Workers’ Room/Living Dormitory: Beds or bunk beds and suitable storage facilities such as wall lockers for clothing and personal articles shall be provided in every room.
Toilet & Shower Facilities: Toilet facilities adequate for the capacity of the worker accommodation will be provided. Each toilet room will be located so as to be accessible without any individual passing through any adjacent sleeping room.
Drinking Water Facilities: One or more drinking fountains/drinking water dispenser are provided for, and properly maintened according to hygenic requirement.
Laundry Facilities: Washing machines with built-in dryer system shall be provided with drying lines.
Recreation Facilities: Recreation facilities shall include areas for outdoor and indoor activities. Television areas will also be provided where workers can relax watching TV.
Main Kitchen (Catering Facilities): Catering facilities, including, storage and preparation facilities shall be provided with adequate service access. Dining facilities shall be adjacent to kitchen facilities.
Dining Hall (Messing Facilities): Main Kitchen i.e. staff kitchen and dining facility which will provides hot food for all workers in the accommodation facility.
Medical Center: Medical Center shall be managed by qualified and experienced doctors and specialists, supported by nurses and para-medic staff, equipped to necessary emergency services to the workers.
