Grandlay Construction (India) Limited traces its roots back to 1970–71, when it was founded as M/s G. Chopra Enterprises by Late Shri Gurmeet Chopra, a dynamic technocrat with a clear vision for a customer-focused and value-driven construction company. From the very beginning, Grandlay set itself apart by prioritizing relationships over hard bids — choosing to work as a negotiating general contractor committed to serving clients with honesty, precision, and care.
Shri Gurmeet Chopra believed that great construction work begins with great people. His focus on creating a positive, hardworking, and dedicated team became the foundation of Grandlay’s long-standing reputation.
